Bringing Individuals, Information, and Ideas Together
The Sedalia Public Library has been serving the community in this building since 1901, although the first tax supported library in Sedalia was established in 1895. We are a municipal library, serving the citizens of Sedalia and surrounding areas. The library is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees, appointed to 3-year terms, by the Mayor of Sedalia and the City Council.
